There is so, so much to explore in this vibrant city, but here are just a few of our favorite things to do in Phoenix!Īre you relocating? This guide will help travelers discover the queerer side of the city. We are a little obsessed with the fusion of natural glory, and metropolitan energy Phoenix offers and hope you will be too. This is because it is so far/inconvenient for those commuting to the city, they have to attract people with something so that "something" is new construction at cheap prices. But IMO, I do not think you would feel discriminated against due to your sexuality in Surprise or anywhere else in the valley.įurthermore, to my understanding, since Surprise is so "far out", I believe that you can get a pretty good deal on real estate and rent out there.

If you really feel that you need to live in a "gay neighborhood", then Surprise is not it. If you're going to work in Surprise, personally I would opt to live in Surprise if I were you.
